Job Assistant Store Manager, Hope Island

Roster: Sunday to Thursday

Location: – Helensvale

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in maintaining store standards, developing team members, and achieving sales and service goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the team to create genuine connections with customers and provide expert guidance on our product range
• Overseeing back-of-house operations including inventory, stock management, and loss prevention
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members
• ✅ Maintaining a safe and compliant store by upholding OH&S standards
• Helping drive performance across key metrics including sales, NPS, and team engagement

We’re looking for a confident and motivated retail leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• 2+ years in a retail leadership role, ideally in a high-volume or large-format environment
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Natural leadership skills – able to motivate, coach, and support a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a love for helping others
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
